Autumn Wreath

This week has been a very crafty week around here. My niece, nephew, and I decorated pumpkins with a little help from Nana (my mom). My niece painted her pumpkin black and then using the hair dryer melted crayon on it. If you follow me on Facebook, I will be putting up some pictures of her pumpkin today. My nephew and I painted his pumpkin to look like Mario. I’m still trying to decide how to make his nose. And I made my autumn wreath from my Autumn Bucket List.

To make my wreath, I crocheted pumpkins and leaves. I would share the patterns, but I free formed them and didn’t write down what I was doing.

Then I took a willow wreath form and wrapped it in burlap. After that I attached the pumpkins and leaves by sewing them onto the burlap. Then I crocheted a hanger for the wreath and attached some small leaves to it.
