    When the Church Fails You

    I have been avoiding this post. I haven’t wanted to write it. I have cleaned my house from top to bottom.     How I Failed the Church

    In the home that I grew up in, I had no choice but to go to church, but even though I had no choice I loved going to church. I loved the people there. I loved the hymns we sang and the praise music that we started incorporating as I grew older.  Every summer the adults of the church would take a camping trip and go floating.     ABC’s of Who We Are In Christ

    “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16) When we accept Christ, when we believe in Him, and we repent of our sins, we become a new creation, but if you are like me in anyway, you might struggle with seeing yourself as that new creation and seeing yourself the way that God sees you.
